Kerry Branon-Mock Norman and Amanda Elizabeth Goodman were married on April 8 in Butler Chapel on the campus of Campbell University, Buies Creek. At the celebration of the presentation of Mr. and Mrs. Norman, the campus bell tower marked the occasion by peeling joyously campus wide as the newlyweds marched down the aisle.

Kerry Norman is the son of Julia Norman-Denis and Gary Denis and the Late Kenneth Norman, all of Yadkinville. Dr. Amanda Goodman is the daughter of Chris and Maude Goodman of Jefferson. Mr. Norman holds a B.A. in business and a B.A. in healthcare management from Campbell University. Dr. Norman holds a PharmD from Campbell University.

The bride wore a white dress by designer Mori Lee which had a lace bodice with a cap sleeve. There was a satin waist band with beaded appliqués, a full tulle skirt that ended in a scalloped lace border and chapel train. She carried a daisy nosegay. The groom wore a silver gray tux with a white shirt and ivory tie and vest.

The seven bridesmaids wore varying styles of dresses, all being dark purple while the maid of honor wore a spring green dress. All of the bridesmaids carried nosegays of fresh daisies. The best man and the seven groomsmen wore silver gray suites with a variety of spring green and purple shirts, ties and vests.

The bride was given in marriage by her father, who wore a silver gray suit with a spring green shirt, tie and vest.

The wedding party, family and friends were entertained at a rehearsal dinner hosted by the grooms parents. The dinner included homemade pork BBQ prepared by the groom’s stepfather and a groom’s cake designed by the groom’s mother that was highlighted with chocolate trumpets echoing the trumpets the couple played in the Campbell University band, where they met.

A reception following the wedding was hosted by the bride’s parents and was held at the Chicora Golf Club in Dunn. There was a buffet dinner with BBQ chicken and pork and long-neck Nehi drinks from Jefferson as a sentimental request of the bride.

The groom’s grandfather, George Bissette, designed and created the wedding cake which was highlighted with purple heather flowers.

After a honeymoon to Disney, the couple will be completing their work contracts with Harnett County School System and Rite Aid.Read more at:occasion dresses | http://www.marieprom.co.uk/formal-dresses-uk
