A black stage, a table, three chairs, a woman with fiery red hair, which sits up a black wig, loud grunts and whirls in large, exaggerated dance moves across the stage. Is this now contemporary dance? Or a parody of the same? It is both; funny and lovely.
It is the thesis of Susanne Martin. It belongs to the first graduates of the Master "Dance Center", and their invented figures give over the performance pretty much all the tags of itself that gets to hear a dance student in his studies well.
"I'll get over my own genre funny, but also in part on this course."
Susanne Martin is a trained dancer and has worked for 15 years as a freelancer in Berlin and abroad. She wrote her own dance pieces, sold them Wigsen, applied for performances and funding and saddled the two-year "Master of Arts" on it, not to lose besides the dance business, the art of the eye.

"... But again to occupy myself two years in a different way with my own work in such a university context -. And this whole project is so an attempt - theory and practice and reflect together about dancing and that was also my interest. . "
